Verify Phone Number

This article explains how to complete the Verify Phone Number task on the home screen.

Step 1: Find the Verify Phone Number Task

The verification task will appear on your home screen under the To-Do section, or in the Ad-Hoc Button menu. It will look something like this:

Step 2: Send Verification Code

When you click on the verification activity you will be prompted to send a verification code to your mobile device. If you choose to send the code, you will receive a text message from Pattern Health. Enter the verification code into the app. 

At this stage, you can also choose to opt into text messaging later. The Verify Phone Number task will remain on your home screen until you choose to complete the task.

Step 3: Opt Into Notifications

After verifying your phone number, you will be prompted to turn on texts. You will also have the option to set up text messaging later. 

Step 4: Turn on Notifications - the MORE tab

You can also turn on text messaging in the More section of the app.  If you click on the Text Messaging card on this screen, you will walk through the same phone number verification steps that are outlined above.
