This article goes over how to complete the Check Blood Pressure task on the home screen. We will go over how to log measurements, and how to review previously entered data.
Step 1: Find the Blood Pressure Task
The Check Blood Pressure task will appear on your home screen under the To-Do section, or in the Ad-Hoc Button menu. It will look something like this:
Step 2: Enter Your Blood Pressure Measurement
Measure your blood pressure using a blood pressure cuff at home.
Then, enter the measurement in the app. You will also have the option to report your heart rate and/or any notes about this measurement.
When you have finished entering your data, click Save.
Step 3: Review Past Blood Pressure Measurements
You can review past measurements in the History section of the app. If you click on the history icon in the Navigation Bar, you will see a card titled "Blood Pressure". This card will show you your average measurement for the past 7 days. For more information, you can click on the card.
Here, you can review all of the blood pressure measurements that you have logged in the app. You will also see a chart that visualizes general trends for this measurement over the past 30 days.
