This article goes over how to complete the Do All Exercises task on the home screen.
Step 1: Find Your Exercise Activity
Exercise activities will appear on your home screen in the To-Do section. In general, it is a good idea to click on this activity before you begin your workout. The exercise activity will include instructions/details for the exercises you need to complete.
On your home screen, the task will look something like this:
Step 2: Review Exercises
When you click on the exercise activity, you will see a summary of the exercises you need to complete. If you know how to complete each exercise, you may do so right after opening the task.
For more instructions on each exercise, click the teal Walk Me Through It button.
The following screens tell you more about the exercise you need to complete. At the top of the screen, you might see the number of sets/reps you need to complete. Alternatively, that page will give you intensity and duration goals for your exercise (it depends on what kind of exercise you are being asked to complete).
Below that measurement, you might see a diagram or youtube video that walks you through how to complete the exercise.
And below that visual, you might also see written instructions on how to complete the exercise.
After reading the instructions, you may proceed with your activity. Once you have finished the activity, click the teal Complete button. If you wish to skip the activity, you may hit the Skip button instead.
Step 3: Report Exercise Measurements
If you choose to complete the exercise, you will be asked to report measurements from that activity. The exercise log page will look like either of the screens below.
Based on the type of exercise you completed, you will be asked to report the number of sets/reps you completed OR you will be asked to report the intensity/duration/HR of your exercise.
Once you have finished logging the measurements for your exercise, you can click Next. This will take you to the instructions page for your next set of exercises. You will continue through this cycle of exercise prompts and measurement screens until you are finished with the workout assigned in this task.
Step 4: Review Your Progress
To review how many days you've completed your exercise tasks, navigate to the History section. There, you will find a card with the title of your exercise tasks, for example, "Strength Exercises". The card will give you a brief overview of how many days of exercise you've completed. For more information, you can click on the card and review your exercise compliance for the past 30 days.
