This article explains how to complete the Take Temperature task on the home screen. We will go over how to log measurements, and how to review previously entered data.
Step 1: Find the Take Temperature Task
The Take Temperature task will appear on your home screen under the To-Do section, or in the Ad-Hoc Button menu. It will look something like this:
Step 2: Record Your Temperature
First, take your temperature using a thermometer at home. Then, record your temperature in the app. You can record your temperature in Fahrenheit or Celcius.
We measure temperature to the nearest tenth, so be sure you are adding enough zeros. For example, if you type "9 - 8" into the app, it will log as 9.8 degrees F, not 98. To log a weight measurement of 98 degrees F, you would need to type "9 - 8 - 0".
When you have finished typing in your temperature, click Save.
Step 3: Review Your Previous Body Temperatures
To view past Body Temperature Measurements, go to the History screen and select the Body Temperature Card. Your last recorded temperature will appear on the card.
If you click on the card you can review your measurements over the past 30 days, along with weekly minimums, maximums, and averages.
