This article reviews how to complete a Log Sleep task on the home screen of the app. Here, we will go over how to report sleep and how to review your sleep history.
Step 1: Find the Record Sleep Task
The Record Sleep task will appear on your home screen under the To-Do section, or in the Ad-Hoc Button menu. It will look something like this:
Step 2: Report Your Bedtime and Wake Time
First, you will be asked what time you fell asleep. Then, you will be asked to report what time you woke up. Afterward, the activity will briefly calculate how many hours you slept.
If the sleep total looks good, click Save. Otherwise, you may click Recalculate to address any errors.
Step 3: Review Your Sleep History
To view more details about your AFib episodes, go to the History screen and select the Sleep Tracking card. On the History screen, the card will display your most recent sleep measurement.
If you click on the card, you can review your sleep measurements for the past 7 days or 30 days, along with your nightly average for that duration.
