This article goes over how to complete the Journal task on the home screen. We will go over how to log measurements, and how to review previously entered data.
Step 1: Find the Journal Task
The Journal task will appear on your home screen under the To-Do section, or in the Ad-Hoc Button menu. It will look something like this:
Step 2: Record Your Journal Entry
When you open the journal task, you will see a space to add text and a space to add photos. Respond to the journal prompt in the text box. You may include any relevant photos as well.
If you wish to remove a photo after adding it to a journal entry, just tap on the photo and choose Remove from the drop-down menu that appears.
Click Save when you are finished with your entry.
Step 3: Review and Edit Your Journal Entry
To review and edit past journal entries, go to the History section and find the Journal card. Here, you will be able to see how many Journal entries you have completed over the past 7 days.
If you click on the Journal card, you will see brief summaries of each journal entry. To edit a journal entry, click on the gray arrow on the left side of the entry. Then, click Edit at the top right corner of the screen.
When you have finished making your changes, press save.
