This article goes over how to complete the Log Fluid Intake task on the home screen. We will go over how to log measurements, and how to review previously entered data.
Step 1: Find the Log Fluid Intake Task
The Check Blood Pressure task will appear on your home screen under the To-Do section, or in the Ad-Hoc Button menu. It will look something like this:
Step 2: Enter Your Fluid Intake
Keep track of the amount of fluids (i.e. water) that you consume using a water bottle or device at home. Then, enter the measurement in the app. When you have finished entering your data, click Save.
The Fluid Intake card on the home screen will display your progress, and how far away you are from your target fluid intake. Once you meet the target, the card will disappear from your To-Do list on the home screen.
Step 3: Review Previous Fluid Intake Measurements
You can review past measurements in the History section of the app. If you click on the history icon in the Navigation Bar, you will see a card titled "Fluid Intake". This card will show you your average measurement for the past 7 days. For more information, you can click on the card.
Here, you can review all of the fluid intake measurements that you have logged in the app. You will also see a chart that visualizes general trends for this measurement over the past 30 days.
