This article goes over how to complete the Check Weight task on the home screen. We will discuss how to log weight measurements using a regular scale, not a Bluetooth scale. For information about logging weight on a Bluetooth scale, please see this article. Here, we will go over how to log measurements, and how to review previously entered data.
Step 1: Find the Weight Task
The Check Weight task will appear on your home screen under the To-Do section, or in the Ad-Hoc Button menu. It will look something like this:
Step 2: Enter Your Weight Measurement
Measure your weight on a scale at home. If you are using a Bluetooth scale, check out this article here.
Then, enter the measurement in the app. We measure weight to the nearest tenth, so make sure you are adding enough zeros. For example, if you type "1 - 4 - 0" into the app, it will log as 14.0, not 140. To log a weight measurement of 140 lbs, you would need to type "1 - 4 - 0 - 0".
You may log your weight in pounds or kilograms, just be sure to choose the appropriate measurement after you enter your weight.
When you have finished entering your data, click Save.
Step 3: Review Past Weight Measurements
You can review past measurements in the History section of the app. If you click on the history icon in the Navigation Bar, you will see a card titled "Weight". This card will show you your average measurement for the past 7 days. For more information, you can click on the card.
Here, you can review all of the weight measurements that you have logged in the app. You will also see a chart that visualizes general trends for this measurement over the past 30 days.
