My Contacts

We know that there many people in your circle of care. These people, ranging from your primary care physician to your pharmacist to even a close friend, are critical in helping you stay on track of your prescribed plan and making sure that you, ultimately, get better.

It can be difficult to keep track of everyone in your circle of care and their contact information. 

Pattern has a feature that allows you to save the contact information for your key healthcare providers. 

To add someone into your contacts, start from the Home screen and click on the More tab on the bottom panel. 

Once you are on the More screen, click on the My Contacts item.

In the My Contacts screen, you can view current your contacts under the Other Contacts header. You can see below that Dr. Smith is your primary care physician. You can also add new members by clicking the + symbol in the top right hand corner.

After clicking the + symbol, you will be brought to the Add Contact page. 

Make sure to fill out all three info fields (Name, Relationship, and Phone Number), and then click Save in the top right hand corner.

If you want to edit a pre-existing person's information or delete a contact, click on that person from the My Contacts screen.

Once you have viewed the contact details, click Edit to edit the contact details or Delete Contact to remove the contact from your list.
