The Pattern Health platform can assign tasks to providers on a participant-by-participant basis. This document reviews how to find and complete these tasks in the Pattern Health Console.
Providers can complete an array of tasks in the Pattern Health Console to help manage participants' progress. These tasks include, but are not limited to:
Check Blood Glucose, Check Blood Pressure, Check Heart Rate, Check Weight, Complete Checklist, Record Fluid Intake, Record Immunosuppressant Level, Record Sleep, Set Sleep Goals, Take Survey(s), Take Temperature, etc.
To access Provider Tasks, go to the To Do tab in a participant's profile. There you will see a customized menu of tasks to choose from.
The most commonly used Provider Task is the "Take Survey" activity. Providers can take surveys to screen participants, plan appointments, record symptoms, place supplement orders, take notes, and more.
Click the Complete Now button to open a Provider Task. The task will appear on a pop-up screen (it will not redirect you to a new window). Once you have completed the task, click Save to submit your work.
