This article is a part of a series that explains the use of each tab in the participant profile. These profiles will be your primary method for monitoring the individual progress of each participant. When you go into the console, you may or may not be able to see all of the sections/tabs that we discuss in this series. That's okay! It is just the way your program has been designed.
In this article, we will go over the function and content of the Rewards tab in a participant's profile.
Rewards
In the Rewards tab, you can keep track of the rewards a participant has earned over the course of the study.
At the top of the section, you will see a header with the following filters: Milestone, Reward Type, Reward, Earned Date, Fulfilment Type, and Status. You can use these filters to simplify and organize the list of rewards that a participant has earned.
Beneath the reward header, you will see the list of rewards a participant has earned in chronological order with the most recently earned rewards at the bottom. You can also organize this list by reward type, reward name, status, and more.
While many of these columns are self-explanatory, it is especially important to understand the Fulfillment Type and Status columns.
The Fulfillment Type of a reward indicates how the participant will have their reward fulfilled, or activated. If the fulfillment type of a reward is "Manual", this means that a member of the study team will have to manually fulfill the reward. For instructions on reward fulfillment, check out this article.
The Status of a reward indicates whether or not the reward has been fulfilled. If a reward status is "Not Yet Fulfilled" this means that the participant has completed the incentivized action, but they have not received the points or US dollars from the reward.
