This article is a part of a series that explains the use of each tab in the participant profile. These profiles will be your primary method for monitoring the individual progress of each participant. When you go into the console, you may or may not be able to see all of the sections/tabs that we discuss in this series. That's okay! It is just the way your program has been designed.
In this article, we will go over the function and content of the Journal tab in a participant's profile.
Journals are used to capture unstructured data from users. They can include texts or photos
Viewing Users Journals
In this section of the participant's profile, you will be able to review all of the journals that they have completed. You can use the date bar at the top of the section to filter which journals you want to see.
You can see the prompt for each journal entry, the text the participant enters for that prompt, whether or not the participant attached a photo, and the status of the entry.
For more information about each journal entry, click the drop-down arrow at the very left side of the screen.
