This article is a part of a series that explains the use of each tab in the participant profile. These profiles will be your primary method for monitoring the individual progress of each participant. When you go into the console, you may or may not be able to see all of the sections/tabs that we discuss in this series. That's okay! It is just the way your program has been designed.
In this article, we will go over the function and content of the Care Teams tab in a participant's profile.
Care teams on the patient profile allow patients to view Care Team contact information from the More team in their mobile app.
Setting Up a Patient Care Team
You can set up Care Teams for individual participants in this area of the app. For information about how to set up Care Teams at the group level, see this article.
First, click the blue Add Care Team button. Then fill out the appropriate fields for the Care Team, and select the appropriate administrators that you want to be a part of the Care Team.
