This article is a part of a series that explains the use of each tab in the participant profile. These profiles will be your primary method for monitoring the individual progress of each participant. When you go into the console, you may or may not be able to see all of the sections/tabs that we discuss in this series. That's okay! It is just the way your program has been designed.
In this article, we will go over the function and content of the Devices tab in a participant's profile.
Devices
In this tab, you will see all of the devices related to the Participant's experience in the mobile app. This includes the device that they are using to access the app AND any Bluetooth devices/wearables that they have connected to the app.
Available Devices
The first section in this tab is called "Available Devices and Apps". This section shows you what devices the participants can connect according to this plan. If a participant has successfully connected one of these devices, a green linked icon will appear on the right side of the screen.
Garmin
If the plan has the option to connect Garmin devices, you will see a section that looks like this:
Here you will see the account ID for your participant's Garmin device. If you ever need to backfill Garmin data, you would do so here. For more information on backfilling data and biometrics troubleshooting, check out this article.
Mobile App Installations
The last section of the Devices tab lists all of the devices that the participant has used to log into their Pattern Health App.
You can use this information to determine when the participant downloaded the Pattern Health App and used the invite code. This information can also be useful when you are troubleshooting bugs in the mobile app.
