This article is a part of a series that explains the use of each tab in the participant profile. These profiles will be your primary method for monitoring the individual progress of each participant. When you go into the console, you may or may not be able to see all of the sections/tabs that we discuss in this series. That's okay! It is just the way your program has been designed.
In this article, we will go over the function and content of the Surveys tab in a participant's profile.
Surveys
Here, you will be able to review all of the surveys that a participant has completed while using the app.
Review Past Surveys
When you open the Surveys tab, you will see a list of all the surveys that the participant has been assigned since they began using the app. You can sort this list by status or date.
If you want to review the specific results of a survey, click the small drop-down arrow on the left side of the screen. You will see the survey questions, as well as the answers that the participants submitted. You will also see a timestamp for when the participant submitted each answer.
Exporting Survey Results
If you want to export a participant's survey results, you may do so by clicking the blue Export buttons.
To export all of the surveys that the participant has taken in the selected date range, click the export button in the header at the top of the section.
You may also export individual surveys by clicking on the button on the right side of each itemized survey in the list, under the Actions column. You will only be able to export surveys that participants have completed.
