If you are having trouble pairing the Garmin app with the Pattern Health app, complete the following steps to troubleshoot the possible cause.
Step 1:
Sign in on the Garmin Connect website and select Profile & Account in the top right corner:
Step 2:
Select Account Settings and then select Account Information.
Do you see Pattern Health listed?
Step 3:
If you do not see Pattern Health listed. Follow the steps here to link the Garmin apps.
If you do see Pattern Health listed, click Disconnect and try to link the apps again following the steps outlined here.
