If you are having trouble pairing the FitBit app with the Pattern Health app, complete the following steps to troubleshoot the possible cause.
1. Determine if a connection was ever made.
- From the FitBit app, click on your profile photo in the top right corner to open your account Settings.
- Scroll down to Settings and select Third Party Apps
- The select Manage 3rd Party Apps
- You will then be prompted to log in using your FitBit credentials
Do you see Pattern Health Technologies, Inc. listed?
If you do not see Pattern Health Technologies, Inc listed. Follow the steps here to link the FitBit apps.
If you do see Pattern Health Technologies, Inc listed, click Revoke Access and try to link the apps again following the steps outlined here.
