Welcome to the Pattern Health Platform

Pattern Health’s software platform allows healthcare researchers and providers to distribute and manage digital health programs for any health condition, from chronic to perioperative, acute to routine care, from self-managed to remote provider-managed. The distinct elements of our platform include:

Pattern Console: Researchers and providers use the Pattern Console web application to build and manage programs, invite participants, and to communicate with other users.

Pattern App: Participants use the web and mobile applications (available on iOS and Android) to follow a program and interact with their care team.

Pattern API: Researchers and developers can use our API to access data and extend the platform.

Pattern Marketplace: Pattern authors may publish programs to the marketplace for other organizations to license and use with their participants.
