Update: Greenlight performed the required update on 10/30, and received approval from iOS and Android on 10/31. Access is now restored.
The Pattern Engagement platform is experiencing a technical issue affecting end users' ability to view YouTube content due to a change by Google. This issue is currently only experienced within the app (Android & iOS), but not the web app.
The outage began at approximately: 10/29/25 evening.
We are actively involved in resolving the issue and will provide updates to affected customers.
